Cindi went many extra miles for us and I feel that without her, this sale would have been a lot more complex and painful. I saw her stay calm and clear in some very demanding situations and she showed me how to persevere under pressure. She even came through at the last moment, driving across town to deliver the keys to the new condo in person at the end of a long, frustrating closing when we had no extra energy.
