Cindi was fantastic. My realtor in DC connected me with Cindi in Chicago to sell my parent’s home. From the get go, Cindi made a lot of effort to get to know me, make herself available for discussions, and show me her prior work. After seeing some of the multi-million dollar homes that Cindi had sold I didn’t know if my parents $300k home would be top priority, but nothing could be further from the truth. Cindi treated us no differently than any other buyer - she listened to what we wanted, provided truthful feedback, and helped us at every step along the way. She made us feel like we were her only clients even though I knew she had many more. I loved working with her. She always went to bat for us and she used all of her resources at Compass to give our home as much exposure as possible. Cindi knows the value of the client-realtor relationship and she truly tries to do the best by her clients, no matter their price range. She will always come highly recommended by me.

This can be very emotional territory but Cindi and Lily handled the process with kindness, understanding and gave us the care far beyond what we had hoped for. Cindi went many extra miles for us and I feel that without her, this sale would have been a lot more complex and painful. I saw her stay calm and clear in some very demanding situations and she showed me how to persevere under pressure. She even came through at the last moment, driving across town to deliver the keys to the new condo in person at the end of a long, frustrating closing when we had no extra energy.
