For example, we had our offer accepted on our soon-to-be-home, and two weeks later, we accepted an offer on our no-longer-home. And, we were highly satisfied with the price on our purchase and our sale. She knew the right (and perhaps, rarely-asked) questions to ask so as to ensure the quality of the homes at which we were looking. She asked one seller's realtor a question about the "bones" of the home that the realtor said she had never heard before. Cindi made sure our new space and new neighborhood worked for our family.
