This includes in person property viewings to gather data on the comparables to make sure your acquisition is right on.
HOUSING MARKET STUDY
An in-depth report is prepared of comparable properties and a buyer profile. These reports will assist in determining the final price and costs. Knowing the neighborhood and who the buyers are and what they are looking for can determine the overall success of the sales price.
HOME FINISHES
We will assist in recommending finishes that will meet your project’s needs. Whether you are an on-spec builder or have clients decide finishes, we will help coordinate appointments with exceptional vendors that fit the needs of your expected price point.
Staging, has become a key selling feature for new construction and rehabbed homes. Many buyers cannot imagine a space if there is not furniture to guide them. We will also introduce you to may reputable staging companies in the area and make the transition from construction to marketing & selling as smooth as possible.
MARKETING PLAN
We prepare a full marketing plan for every project. Traditional marketing, along with my expanded internet, social media, pre-marketing strategies, and my built network of relationships will make your property stand out.
